“When caught on the rollercoaster of emotions that is life, I like to remind myself the following: ‘Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again, but life goes on.’”

Being an Italian living in Colorado, my favourite place to ride is Central/Southern California where the temps are mild, the air is salty and the veiws are of th ocean! When I am not training I am working as the Colorado rep for Nutrex Hawaii. One of my career highlights would have to be riding 7 minutes into the field at 2014 Ironman 70.3 Texas, en route to a 1:59 bike split, hanging on for 4th! My advice for top recovery tips is gelato and sleep. In twenty years I see myself improving exponentially. Racing the best in the world hopefully until my late 30s. After that, I guess it will be time to get a real job!
