Easton Cycling is committed to providing our customers with elite products and elite customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Only orders placed within 30 days of original purchase, made through Eastoncycling.com and fulfilled by Easton Cycling are eligible for return and/or exchange through Easton Cycling. If you purchased an Easton Cycling product through one of our retail partners, please return that item directly through that store to handle your return/exchange. Return and exchange policies may differ from store to store.
Items not eligible for return/exchange by Easton Cycling include:
1. Any items purchased from the Easton Cycling Clearance Outlet store
2. Items that are not in new condition with original packaging
3. Items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
4. Items without an Easton Cycling Web Order Number
If an item returned to Easton Cycling does not meet requirements for return or exchange as outlined in our policy below, we will return the item to you along with an explanation as to why your claim was denied.
