INSTRUCTIONS
EASTON pedals are standard 9/16 x 20 BSA threading. The pedals are marked "R" indicating the right pedal and "L" indicating the left pedal. The right pedal screws onto the crank arm in a clockwise direction and the left pedal screws on in a counter clockwise direction. Be sure to clean the crank arm threads and grease the threads on the pedal before mounting.
Pedal breakage can lead to loss of control of the bicycle and result in serious personal injury or death. Pedals must be maintained and inspected closely. In particular; after a major impact or accident, even if there is no visible damage, have a dealer inspect the pedals before using the bicycle. Replace your pedals periodically. Consult with your dealer as to the appropriate frequency of replacement. Destroy any pedals you replace for safety reasons.
